Ducky finds a Colt .45 bullet, so it was not an accident but murder, and a stunning crack shot straight trough the body. Brian's brother Thomas, a former bad boy never convicted thanks to expensive lawyers, inherited the whole family fortune after dad's death and started his own airline but has no alibi. Monroe explains dad was under TV medium Saleena Lockhart's disastrous influence since ma's death, and Thomas had a plan to save the family business to which Brian was the main obstacle.
